STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped. All sales are final. Please review the product description and details carefully before purchasing.

2. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable on all orders below ₹1000.
  • Free shipping is automatically applied on orders above ₹1000.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping may take 8 to 10 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
  • All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay’s encrypted payment gateway.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • In case of duplicate or failed payments, please contact us immediately with your payment details.

6. Refund Policy

  • Since we do not accept returns, refunds are only processed in cases of:
    • Damaged product received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video)
    • Failed transactions or double payments
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

7. Product Authenticity

All crystals and stones are natural and handpicked, so slight variations in color, size, or texture are expected and are not considered defects.
